Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to gtr33, an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games and services for players in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and gtr33 ("Platform", "We").

Membership Eligibility

To register and use gtr33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Registration and Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update that information should any changes occur. gtr33 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at gtr33 at any one time. This includes accounts registered using the same personal information, the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials, including your password, confidential.
• Ensure no other party is using your account.
• Notify gtr33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure all information in your account is accurate and up to date.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required verification documents include a valid identity card and proof of payment method. This process ensures the security of your account and compliance with industry standards.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Gtr33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer, which should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

General wagering (rollover) requirements that apply unless otherwise stated:

Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your gtr33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all wagering requirements have been met and no unused bonus balance remains. Any valid cash balance will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Gtr33 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• You own or use multiple accounts.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, gtr33 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending an ongoing investigation. gtr33's decision in such matters is final.

Acceptable User Conduct

While using the gtr33 platform, you agree to comply with all conduct guidelines set out. Unacceptable and prohibited behaviour includes:

• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language in any communication with staff or other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information about gtr33 to the public.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or carrying out any form of cyberattack.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
• Using gtr33 services for any unlawful purpose.
• Playing games in a manner intended to exploit technical vulnerabilities or gambling in a coordinated group.

Gtr33 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user who violates these conduct rules, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gtr33 platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code, and game content, is the property of gtr33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

Gtr33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from using the platform, including wagering losses.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account information.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.

The maximum total liability of gtr33 to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Gtr33 reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest terms.

Your continued use of the gtr33 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 6.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal procedures will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate tribunal or court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
